It's time to flex our Superhero muscles at the Sards Market this December. Come and join for a fun boogie, and enjoy the market afterwards. Dress UP as your favourite super hero - and yes, Santa does count!
Stroll around the market afterwards, have a coffee, and do any last minute gift shopping.
New to the Secret Sunrise?
It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move and play !
We combine elements of meditation and dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.
