Secret Studio is a branch of Secret Sunrise that encapsulates the unique experience of a minimally guided dance through headphones in a studio setting. The offering begins with yoga and moves through a slow journey of awakening the body to invigorating dance moves and back down to a place of rest.

Join Josh and Loren in an intimate and naturalistic environment to dance, shout, sing and play.
