MEET OUR GUETS AND HOST



DR LEBO MPHAHLELE-NTSASA is a co-founder and director at Amperion Energy and sunstore solar ecommerce company.


Before founding Amperion, she worked in senior positions at Sasol, Nedbank, Department of Justice and Constitutional Development. She also worked in gaming and management consulting.


Lebo has a BSc Chemistry degree from University of Cape Town, an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) and a Doctor of Business Leadership from the University of South Africa.



TUMI MPHAHLELE is a director at Amperion Energy (Pty) Ltd and co-founder at IG3N (Pty) Ltd, a local Lithium-Ion battery assembly facility in Johannesburg.


Tumi has worked in senior positions at SABS and at the Development Bank of Southern Africa. She has served as Independent Non-executive Director on the TMT Services and Supplies board (a subsidiary of Kapsch Trafficom of Austria) and the South African Photovoltaic Industry Association. She is a board member for the South African National Energy Association



SANRAS PHIRI, BSc Comp Sc, MBA (UCT), is an expert on entrepreneurship and innovation, and founded successful companies in IT, entertainment and education. He has worked with over 25 organisations, lectured at over 17 universities and has been to 23 countries. 


He is the director of entrepreneurship development at Africa Trust Group, the fund manager for Enygma Ventures, and former Director of Startup Grind Cape Town, Johannesburg and Luaska.
