Expressive Movement conscious dance: Lion's Gate Portal

Lions Gate is here! Once again, we are immersing ourselves in the most powerful spiritual gateway/event of the year.

This happens when the Sun in Leo aligns to the star Sirius (known as the “spiritual sun”) to generate a high frequency energy that activates what is known as the Lion’s Gate portal.

The Lions Gate portal opens for a period of three to four weeks- beginning around the 20- 23rd of July and concludes on the 14th of August, with the 8th being the peak of the energy.

Every year the Lions Gate creates a wave of vast spiritual change that is implemented by the higher realms to assist with our transition from the old paradigm into the new paradigm, welcoming in the energies of the ‘New earth or fifth dimension’.

This year is going to see the activation of further waves of change.

From numbing to feeling

From suffering to healing

From despair to hope

From doubt to faith

From scarcity to abundance

From illusion to truth

From fear to love

We are truly entering into an accelerated time of transformation and the frequencies that are streaming down to earth during this powerful time presents us with a layer of energetic opportunity that will facilitate our individual spiritual growth and collective awakening.

No dance experience required.

There is no wrong or right way to move, simply follow the impulse of your body.

What to bring: yoga mats, pillows, blankets, dress in layers.
