ABOUT
Join us for a gentle start to Your day, with your precious bundles, bumps & babes - celebrating the rising sun, with music through headsets and movement on a beachside dance floor, integrating mind, body, and soul. We will be doing a slower journey, to hold a nurturing container for parents, needing some time out to just Be with wherever You are at, and with whatever is present - come as you are.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Using headphone technology, headsets are handed to you on arrival. Our accredited facilitators guide you through a series of music of all genres. Our public sessions encompass a variety of mindful practices, including meditation, breath work, movement and dance.
Each session is unique, often curated according to a theme that attendees come together to celebrate and are even welcome to dress up to. People often show up wearing tutu’s, bright clothing or those stranger items you can find at the back of your closet that don’t quite match with anything else.

**We are thrilled to be partnered with The UP (The UPliftment Programme - theup.org.za) this inspired PBO has been sharing joy with youth, children, differently abled and the elderly for 18 years. For the past 4 years this inspired organisation has taken the headsets and the Secret Sunrise formula and added joy tools - to bring much needed emotional and mental wellness to youth and children.
