Join Karen Christian and Volker Schlettwein in this significant breathwork and movement experience. Dance your way into breathwork for this month's 1st Saturday Secret Sunrise! Experience the added layer of healing through this collaboration and reap the benefits of these modalities in your life.

Volker Schlettwein has been facilitating conscious breath-work for well over a decade, and has passionately supported positive transformation for people, organisations and leadership groups across the globe with this powerful modality.

Karen Christian is a Dance Journey Facilitator. Weaving various healing modalities and wellness practices to a personally curated playlist, bringing you an experiential journey, she holds space for transmutation and believes the medicine we seek comes from within.
