Experience Fire in the palm of your hands.

In this workshop, we use the palm candles create a small flame that is quite natural, safe and rather magical. They are easy for absolutely anybody to play with - children and adults alike. It is an empowering journey that initiates one into a deeper relationship with the element of Fire.

Together, we come into our bodies and learn some techniques and tricks. We enjoy a series of games, making us comfortable with our palm candles. I share the best tips from my wealth of dance and performance experience.

We set our intentions before awakening the original fire - creating an ember by rubbing soft wood with hard and blowing the flames into life.

And so, as the summer sun sets over the great Ocean, we are ready to light up and play with fire under the stars…may this be a beautiful reminder of who you are, awake, alive, aweh!

This workshop is designed in a way that is accesible to all – it meets you where you are at and aims to give you an embodied activational experience. So, if you have absolutely no experience with dance or fire, you are perfect! If you are a professional, you are sure to deepen and become fuller in your performance, you are perfect! And if yo uare somewhere in between, you are perfect :)
