Makaziwe Mdleleni here 34 years old in 2009 was diagnosed with Lymphedema/Lymphatic Firialasis/Elephantiasis the leg increases each year I am not taking any treatment except for strong painkillers only when it's painful..yhea yhea I know what you thinking now,yes that is the reason you haven't seen any of my photos showing legs since after High School you can now browse you won't find any and that is why I have always been in very long dresses because I am not confident enough to take how you stare home with me.,This is a very difficult condition and lately I have been unable to walk,I recently learnt that there's a worm growing that is affecting my lymp it is not painful but it it has been very uncomfortable hence I said kunzima ukuhamba lately I am always in bed I only take a bath and sleep because bath is compulsory ke??.guys kindly assist me isn't there anything I can take to reduce the swelling? isn't there anyone knows someone who helped someone who had Lymphedema?I was counseling my kids in the past few days that it's best if they (Dr's) amputee the leg so that the swelling doesn't reach the knee part  even if it's operation to remove the thick swelling part but I don't know where to begin to seek assistance as of my hustling it has stopped cause I am unable to walk.
