An hour long guided session to celebrate life! Facilitators, silent headphones and the most epic way to start a day in the 21st century. This dance is for all ages and anyone looking to dance, play and connect with themselves and community.

TIME: 6:00pm - 7:00pm (please arrive at 5:30pm to get your headsets - we start at 6:00pm sharp)

All covid-19 protocols are adhered to during our events. Our equipment is sanitised before and after each session; hand sanitiser and temperature checks done on arrival; social dist-dancing of 1.5m, no contact (our public sessions are held out in open spaces in nature).
