Tawana community NPO

Tawana Community Home is a Non profit Organization was registerd 13 February 2019 founded by Mrs Sylver Mofokeng and Mr Chikos as the saw the need to open a community center for the children and the homeless as Orphans are vulnerable and at risk if not supported and cared for orphans are part of all sectors or group in our society as it has no clas, race, religion and culture.

Children's Daily Support

Most of these children find themselves vulnerable and at the mercy of predators or extended family members who exploit them for financial gain, this we have found in the escalating number of teen prostitution and homeless young people who end up in gangs or boys being used to traffic drugs or worse used to commit violent crimes.

Community Support

We see growth every day but we cannot sustain to feed everyone with help of the community members or leaders of our country as donations are needed.

We welcome everyone who would like to help to visit our Tawana Community Children home located at Phomolong right inside the location of Tembisa.In our area the number of orphans and children headed homes are very high this is due to a myriad of reasons including HIV/AIDS mortality, trafficked children who are abandoned at the airport, failed marriages, teen pregnancies and children who are sexually abused.
