Arts Production Reloaded

AWARE of the failure of youth to make a living out of formal education because of problems related to family backgrounds and knowledge capacity.

NOTING that such youth are the ones commonly described as slow learners but also gifted in arts.

HAVING REALISED THAT this youth face similar challenge, since the education system fails dismally to cater for practical learning.

WHEREAS many youth development NPOs have done a lot in terms of advocacy, coordination and resource mobilization for Ga-Mphahlele youth at the district level, less concentration and help has been highlighted enhancement of God’s gift;

REALISING THAT poverty, illiteracy, incapacitation and several socio-economic issues hinder their efforts.

NOTING THAT there is no substantive and operational association for those who wish to expose their work around Ga-Mphahlele villages of Capricorn District.

CONVINCED THAT we can better address the plight of such youth through empowering the youth who have got little or no chance of formal education with basic technical/vocational skills, coordination and joint effort as an organized group.

We the several members whose names are subscribed hereunder attached do constitute ourselves into ARTS PRODUCTION RELOADED (APR).

NOW THEREFORE, we the same members hereunder attached do hereby adopt and bind ourselves and posterity with this constitution
