YABI STUDIO - YOUNG WRITERS VENUE fundraiser

Help us build a venue for learners and young writers in KwaZulu Natal.

Young Authors Book Initiative (YABI) is an Ubuntu Nest project that teaches learners basic writing skills and gives them an opportunity to be part of a published book. The project has seen the launch of two book containing short stories written by participating learners.

Ubuntu Nest is in the process of building a dedicated space for YABI in Howick. This will be in the form of a hut where all activities of YABI, including workshops, launches and reading will take place. This place will be called the YABI STUDIO.

We hereby invite you to be part of this process by donating towards the building of this important facility. In return for your contribution, you will be acknowledged in upcoming publications of YABI, media statements and on the permanent board dedicated to contributors. You also get the satisfaction of directly promoting and reading amongst young people.
