POWER BLOCK DAILY is the full-1-hour BASE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING program from the #CommitToFitTODAY Tuesday program, BUT split into 6 blocks of 10-minutes each, which you can mix and match as you see fit, depending on need and time available, and is as useful to a beginner as it is to a veteran fitness fanatic. 


I have designed this session to ensure that each of the 6 blocks is an intense workout for the muscle groups targeted, so that if you only get to do the 10-minutes released on that day, that you know you have achieved a good solid workout, but you can also use this program as you see fit, you can do 10 minutes a day, or 20 to 60 minutes a day, you can mix & match blocks from previous sessions, or select a few blocks as an additional workout for an existing training program, for example, go for a run and then just do the stretch & relaxation block. But I prefer you to use the blocks in order of presentation and do your best to do the full 1-hour workout. 


The program is split into 

DAY 1, Wake-Up Stretch

DAY 2, Legs & Balance

DAY 3, Arms & Upper Body

DAY 4, Bum, Bootay, Butt, Ass

DAY 5, Abs & Core Strength

DAY 6, Relaxation Stretch


Each block is free to use for the 1st 24-hours of loading on my main page @RyanKFitness, but then afterwards is only available on the private POWER BLOCK DAILY group page, in order of intended use Day 1-6, a s well as with the previous weeks program:
