New to the Secret Sunrise?
It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move!
We combine elements of mindfulness, meditation, movement, connection and dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome and no experience required! Arrive curious and ready for a little more JOY in your life!
