Tide & Seek is a Cape Town-based ocean experiences company founded by author, open-water swimmer and ocean advocate Serai Dowling.

We create guided ocean experiences that invite people to explore, enjoy and connect with Cape Town's extraordinary coastline. From tidal pool adventures and marine ecology experiences to breathwork and cold-water immersion, our offerings bring together ocean discovery, wellbeing and a deeper appreciation of the natural world.
