Dr Carmen Briner

Dr Carmen Briner is a Cape Town-based medical doctor with a special interest in women’s and adolescent health, puberty and menstrual health. With a background in general practice and public health, she is passionate about making evidence-based health education accessible, engaging and empowering. Through her clinical work, educational workshops and community events, she aims to equip girls, women and parents with the knowledge and confidence to better understand their bodies and health.
