The Paul Anthony Establishment

The Paul Anthony Establishment is a Pretoria band built for a live room.

We mostly play covers — the rock, the classics, the South African songs everybody knows well enough to sing along to. That's the point: a set that works at a school fête and a corporate function, played by people who've been on stage long enough to read a room.

They also make their own music. Fields of Boys High with Home on the flip came out as a limited edition vinyl pressing of 500, and we still have some available. We've recorded a live cover of Johnny Clegg's The Crossing (Osiyeza) with the Pretoria Boys High School Choir, and their tracks have had live radio play on Jacaranda FM.

Full band or stripped-back acoustic, they're available for festivals, corporate events, school functions and private parties across Gauteng.
