Dr Phil-Afel Foundation NPC is a registered South African non-profit (NPO 2024/051687/08, PBO 930083356) based in Cape Town, working primarily in Hanover Park and the Valley of Plenty. We run community-centred programmes spanning early childhood development, youth development, women's empowerment, men's mentorship and development, and rehabilitation and reintegration - walking alongside individuals and families from the earliest years through to renewed purpose.
Every ticket, donation and sponsorship goes directly toward this work. Section 18A tax certificates are available on request.
