About
The Imaginative Storyteller
ARIAN GARDNER
Captivated by the eerie, the magical and the mysteries of the unseen world, Arian Gardner crafts fantastical tales that explore the thin veil between folklore and fairytale. She is a writer, poet and composer, and mother of two children, two cats, a golden dog, a tank of tropical fish and a myriad of birds in her overgrown garden – whose enchanting heartsongs weave their way into her stories.
A lifelong ghost story enthusiast, Arian has always had a deep fascination for the paranormal and the macabre. Combining this with a love for the natural world, and drawing from both personal experiences and the realm of fairytale, she has been crafting a collection of books, from spine-tingling horror stories to children’s fairytales, poetry and song. THEE WITCHING HOUR'S BEASTLY RHYMES is her first rhyming book for children, amongst a growing collection of adult short stories, poetry and children's books. Inspired by having her own children, Arian enjoys writing stories that make readers laugh, share a message or act as cautionary tales for young readers to take with them out into the world.
