Temba Music Project

Temba Music Project (TMP) was established in 2006 with a vision to promote community

development as advocated in the new South Africa. TMP is registered as a Non-Profit

Organisation that is aimed at teaching Orchestral instruments and Music theory to previously

disadvantaged children. We offer lessons to children from the age of 9 to 25 years. At the

moment we are providing lessons for the following instruments: Strings – violin, viola, cello

and double bass; Brass – trombone, trumpet, saxophone, euphonium, tuba; Winds- flute,

clarinet, recorder; piano and voice.
