Midrand SPCA

Midrand SPCA is a registered non-profit animal welfare organisation dedicated to preventing cruelty, alleviating suffering and promoting the humane treatment of animals throughout the Midrand and Midstream area.

Through cruelty investigations, animal rescues, inspections, veterinary care, education and community outreach, we work tirelessly to protect animals in need. Unlike many organisations, our work extends far beyond caring for animals at our facility—we actively enforce the Animals Protection Act and respond to reports of cruelty and neglect across our community.

Midrand SPCA receives no government funding and relies on the generosity of individuals, businesses and the community to continue providing these essential services. Every event, donation and partnership helps us create a safer and more compassionate future for animals.
