Inspired by the spirit of "Abafazi Belizwe" (Women of the Nation), the organisation creates a platform where women can come together to exchange ideas, build partnerships, and navigate life's many milestones together.

Grounded in the values of culture, community, and empowerment, Umfazi WomXhosa celebrates the evolving journey of womanhood—from motherhood and marriage to leadership, caregiving, mentorship, and legacy building. It honours every stage of a woman's life: UbanguMama, UbanguMzali, UbanguMfazi, UbanguMgciniKhaya, UbaliZibazana, and UbanguMamazala.
