Jimmy Nevis is a South African singer, songwriter and producer whose emotionally charged blend of pop, soul and alternative music has made him one of the country’s most recognisable independent artists. Breaking onto the scene with the smash hit Elephant Shoes, he went on to dominate South African radio with multiple No.1 singles including Heartboxing, 7764, All About It, Balloon, Hey Jimmy and Ayo.

Over the past decade, Nevis has performed on some of the country’s biggest stages, opened for global superstar Pharrell Williams, collaborated with artists including Kwesta and Mi Casa, and has even written for legendary producer Rodney Jerkins.
