The day will be set against the beautiful open spaces of Waterfall City Park at Mall of Africa. Pramathon 2026 kicks off with its signature 2.5km Urban Pram Walk — a relaxed, feel-good stroll around the precinct where decorated prams bring colour, smiling families bring the vibe, and music, games, and entertainment create an atmosphere that is impossible not to love.
