PROJECT HER

Project Her is a menstrual health and dignity initiative dedicated to supporting primary school girls in Cape Town with access to reusable sanitary pads, education, and empowerment.

We exist to address period poverty in a sustainable and dignified way ensuring that no girl misses school or feels shame because of her period.

We raise funds through curated, women-led community events to provide reusable sanitary pads to primary school girls in underserved communities.

Our model is simple but powerful: we create meaningful, intentional spaces for women to gather, connect, and contribute — and those gatherings directly fund impact on the ground.

Alongside this, we support menstrual health education and awareness to help break stigma and equip young girls with knowledge about their bodies.
