Join us for a rich, intentional morning at Black Brick Gardens, a community-led experience designed to bring Wannabes together through movement, conversation, and connection.


The Experience

We begin the morning with a grounding breathwork and meditation session led by Bianca Thandi (Holistic Health Coach & Trauma-Informed Energy Healer), creating space to slow down and settle into the body.

This is followed by an energising sculpt Pilates class led by Karabo, designed to build strength, connection, and confidence through movement.

We then move into a live podcast recording for Wannabe Wellness Girlie, with our first conversation featuring Bianca Thandi.

Podcast Conversation:

“Coming Back to Yourself: Finding Peace in a Busy Mind”

A conversation exploring how to cultivate stillness, navigate overthinking, and begin reconnecting with your inner world in a more grounded, gentle way.

We close the morning with a beautiful brunch experience by Atras, where Wannabes can connect, reflect on the conversation, and spend time in community.

Complimentary coffee will be served by Rosetta Roastery.
