World Belly Dance Day SA – Gauteng is a collaborative initiative dedicated to celebrating World Belly Dance Day in South Africa.

Led by a collective of established dance professionals and studio directors, the organisation promotes belly dance as a respected cultural art form, performance discipline, and community-building practice.

Through annual events, artistic collaboration, and charitable partnerships, WBDD SA Gauteng unites dancers of all styles and levels while honoring the legacy, celebrating the present, and inspiring the future of belly dance within South Africa and the global community.

All event proceeds are directed toward selected charitable beneficiaries, reinforcing our commitment to using dance as a vehicle for cultural enrichment and social impact.
