13 is a South African play based on fictionalized characters about modern society. It tells a story of millions young girls out there who are faced with challenges of getting married to people they do not know or however in this particular story Thabsile Sambo must get married to a dead man. When her boyfriend dies her family decides to continue with the lobola negotiations and she is trapped in making a decision between life and death.
