The F-Bomb

The F-Bomb is a platform and community created to support, connect, and amplify women working in sport.

We bring women together across all levels and roles in the sport ecosystem — from those just starting out to those leading, managing, consulting, coaching, or creating. Our work focuses on connection, visibility, learning, and sisterhood, with the aim of helping women feel more confident, more supported, and more seen in the spaces they already occupy.

The F-Bomb creates both free and paid experiences — online and in person — including events, workshops, talks, and conversations designed to be practical, honest, and grounded in real industry experience.

Our events are intentionally curated, welcoming, and respectful, with a strong emphasis on building meaningful connections and creating opportunities for women to show up fully as themselves.
