THE PROBLEM

Everyone’s copying the same tired formats without remembering why these formats existed. Result? Declining engagement, the same faces at every event, and cultural programming stuck on repeat.

WHAT WE DO

We start with the WHY. What experience do you want people to have? What should they discover about themselves and their community?

Then we apply combinatorial creativity—combining familiar elements in unexpected ways. Gutenberg didn’t invent wine presses or printing; he combined them to revolutionise communication. We find the combinations others miss.

OUR EVENTS

We create experiences that awaken people’s capacity for growth, learning, and connection—not just entertainment. Each event addresses social themes through carefully designed formats that bring diverse communities together.

From intimate listening experiences to progressive techno nights, from film clubs to skills exchanges—we design events that create genuine discovery and build lasting community bonds across Johannesburg.
