Jordan Baker is a singer-songwriter and performing storyteller from Cape Town, blending jazz, neo-soul and alternative rnb soundscapes that transport listeners.
Growing up in a musical household shaped by jazz and R&B influences — from Ella Fitzgerald to George Benson — Jordan began performing at age 7 alongside her father on television. At 16, her first single, Feel Me, climbed local charts and earned radio play on top South African stations. Her voice now features on Netflix’s award-winning series Blood & Water.
Jordan has nurtured her gift on stages across the city— from luxury restaurants to theatres and festivals. After a hiatus, she’s back in the studio completing her highly anticipated debut EP and curating her own shows, with her first at Openwine being a sold-out success. She continues to collaborate with top South African artists and producers, honing her craft through performance, creation, and connection.
