Founded and led by Chad Paulse, the organisation drives social and economic transformation by merging technology, entrepreneurship, and community development.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity — equipping youth, small businesses, and local changemakers with the tools and skills to thrive in the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR).

Through strategic partnerships and programmes like EVOLVE, Skillbridge, and the Code 4 Change Initiative, D&C Consultants SA connects education, employment, and enterprise.
