We provide specialised community based hospice and palliative care to vulnerable people with life-limiting and life-threatening illnesses and their families. This is offered through an Interdisciplinary Team approach (IDT) providing quality medical, psycho-social, spiritual, and bereavement care to the greater Cape Town area and its communities.
