Parys WADER
About
Parys Wetland Avian Development and Emergency Rescue NPC (Parys WADER) advances community training and educational development by promoting understanding of wetland ecosystems and responsible interaction with wildlife.
The organisation delivers structured education and awareness initiatives that guide public behaviour, reduce unnecessary human intervention, and support the natural survival and breeding of wetland-associated bird species.
Where intervention is required, Parys WADER provides targeted wildlife rescue, stabilisation, rehabilitation, and release within a regulated and compliant framework. All activities are conducted in accordance with defined intake criteria, veterinary oversight, and established biosecurity protocols.
Through this integrated approach, Parys WADER contributes to conservation outcomes by aligning community knowledge, ecosystem health, and responsible wildlife care.
