For too long I have sat in the shadows - (sounds like Barbra Streisand in Yentl ??) - seriously though....

I have been living in survival mode for too many years, taking life as seriously as I needed to as a single mum, breadwinner, and as a survivor of narcissistic abuse by many.

I completed my psychological counselling degree in 2007 and my life coaching certification in 2020, and have sat on the sidelines since, watching others get their message out there.

I did, however, try, in my small way, to make a difference each day in just one person's life, and as I have proceeded to work in my own business, and for two other companies for short periods in that time, and going through some heavily tough times, found myself feeling unfulfilled.

I also, for the first time in 44 years, ( I will elaborate at the event), have an appreciation for life.

I have realised how much precious time I have wasted, hiding behind my insecurities, my 'what ifs', and any other possible excuse I could think of not to put myself out there.

On Wednesday, 23rd July, I woke up with a message running through my head, 'You have found your voice (long story), now it's time for YOU to help others find theirs'.

So, I am on a mission to reach out and touch peoples' lives through helping them to find their voice by discovering their inner strength, and giving them a safe platform so they have the freedom to let their voice be heard.

I would love to welcome you to my session on the 31st August, to celebrate firstly, our femininity in a world where we still often feel threatened, and secondly, for us to listen to, and hear, each other's hopes, dreams, and stories.
