The Maslow Initiative — who we are

The Maslow Initiative is a movement and a growing network of people, places, and projects dedicated to meeting humanity’s essential needs—shelter, food, water, energy, and community—in ways that regenerate the land and enrich every life it touches.

• Regenerative property development. We transform under-used landscapes into thriving eco-villages of tiny homes, food forests, clean water systems, and renewable power—designing each site as a living classroom for sustainable living.
• Practical education & play. Through courses, retreats, and a gamified online platform, we invite everyone to become a “paradise-maker,” purchasing real-world assets (a fruit tree, a compost system, a solar panel) that appear both on the land and in the game.
• A profit of living. Instead of extracting value, our model circulates it: lower cost of living for residents, shared revenue for stewards, and restored ecosystems for the planet.

In short, we exist to prove that meeting our needs locally, directly, and together can be joyful, affordable, and life-renewing—and to welcome you into the adventure.
