We’re a relaxed, Cape Town-based group for autistic, ADHD, neurodivergent adults—or anyone who finds social situations challenging. Whether you’ve got a diagnosis, are self-discovering, or just want a space that feels easier to exist in—you’re welcome here.
We meet to play board games, chat, and hang out in a low-pressure, friendly environment.
New to board games or feeling shy? No worries—we’ll explain everything, and you can join in at your own pace.
Prefer to watch, chat, or take a quiet break? That’s perfectly fine too.
