About

We live in a state of congestion.

Incomplete ideas, meanings, connections, and impressions collect in psychic images. Often, they wait for years in our nervous system, whispering in our dreams, draining our energy,

All they want is to be touched and tended.

Somatic Imagination is a practice of psychic housekeeping.

In this class, we learn to host the psyche. We gently tend to her by listening with the imagination and tuning our senses through play, movement, and breathwork.

As we awaken to the hidden dreaming silently shaping our lives, she releases her medicine.

What to expect:

  • A little movement (nothing strenuous or performative)
  • A little drawing (if you can scribble, you can do this)
  • A little breathwork (gentle and easy - all need is a set of lungs)

What to bring:

  • Comfy clothes to move in
  • Water bottle
  • Pen and a loose piece of paper
  • Journal for notes afterwards
