Founded by Dr. Ruth Apostolov, UN Special Envoy and Honorary Doctor of Humanities, the Foundation has educated and equipped over 30,000 girls and women across South Africa, Namibia, Zambia, and Zimbabwe with the knowledge and tools to manage their periods with dignity.
Our work goes beyond donations — we are building a movement that promotes menstrual equity, keeps girls in school, and empowers women to live, work, and lead without limits.
We believe investing in menstrual health is investing in human capital — and that true change starts with local action, bold conversations, and community-led solutions.
