Kaleidoscope is a brand new chamber music festival created by Prince Albert residents South African violist Louise Lansdown and UK double bassist Tony Alcock.

Prepare for an inspiring musical and gastronomic adventure that will guide you through centuries of music and food to accompany it. Each concert is in a different intimate venue across the town, some that serve food and others that are right next to wonderful eateries. Browse through our tantalising menu that will satiate your ears, souls, tummies and thirst. From brunch, lunch, cheese and wine tasting, coffee and cake, dinners and late night drinks, church services, jamming and so much more. We have created an irresistible line-up for the inaugural Kaleidoscope Festival. Louise and Tony are collaborating closely with four renowned NPO’s, Prince Albert Community Trust, Cape Philharmonic Orchestra, ARCO Project and Mzansi National Philharmonic Orchestra.

Elke konsert vind plaas in ’n ander intieme lokaal regoor die dorpie, sommige bedien heerlike maaltye, ander is reg langs top-eetplekke. Blaai deur ons smaakvolle feesprogram wat jou ore, siel, maag en dors gaan versadig. Daar is iets vir almal: van brunch en middagetes tot kaas- en wynproe, koffie en koek, aandetes, laatnagdrankies, kerkdienste, spontane jammings en nog meer. Ons het ’n onweerstaanbare program saamgestel vir die eerste Kaleidoscope-fees. Louise en Tony werk nou saam met vier bekende nie-winsgewende organisasies: Prince Albert Gemeenskaptrust, Kaapse Filharmoniese Orkes, ARCO-projek en die Mzansi Nasionale Filharmoniese Orkes.
