Hey everyone!

For those who haven’t been to my first two parties, here’s what it’s all about

I’m Colombian and I love to dance! I went to many social dance events and even joined salsa classes just to meet people — but I never found anything that truly felt like how we grew up… Well, we are in South Africa!

But hey, that just means we get to share our culture with the locals!

So, I decided to organise my own Latin parties, a spontaneous idea that turned out to be so much fun!

These parties are just like the ones we have back home — for the +18 community, chill, full of good vibes, dancing, and pure Latin energy.

They’re the only parties in Cape Town with real Latin music — where you come to dance, eat delicious food (sometimes even typical dishes!), have a drink, and make new friends.

The plan is to host a party every month while supporting our own local Latin spots.

This time we’re at El Greeyo – House of Cuba & Coffee, where they’ll spoil us with their famous mojitos and empanadas!

But of course, none of this happens without my people showing up!

Expect music for everyone — a playlist of over 100 songs (8 hours!) with both new hits and old-school classics: reggaeton, merengue, bachata, salsa, and more.

You’ll hear artists like Bad Bunny, Daddy Yankee, Wisin, J Balvin, Shakira, and more…

And you can even request your favourite songs from our Colombian DJ, Mateo!

This party is for all of us — and it’s going to be amazing!
