Brewsters Academy

Brewsters Academy (previously trading as Brewsters Craft) has been at the forefront of brewing education and consultancy in South Africa and across the African continent since 2015. We offer a range of in-house and accredited courses, providing our students with comprehensive training that combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience. Our 300L pilot brewery located at our site in Wynberg Sandton is accredited as training centre with the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) to offer NQF3 Occupational Certificate in Food and Beverage Process Machine Operator. To date, we have enrolled 20 learners and plan to admit at least 20 candidates annually, who will be trained and placed at various craft breweries across the country for practical experience. Over the years we have also assisted various breweries to establish and commission their operations through our consultancy services in South Africa and across the continent.
