Before you join us at one of our events - here’s a little bit about how we run things.

We are committed to creating a space that’s safe, respectful, and consensual for ALL; no matter your gender, race, sexuality. The world of BDSM and k!nk is one where mystery, sexiness and play are encouraged but we also strongly insist that all attendees respect boundaries and follow consent guidelines. It’s only fun if we’re all having fun.

We practice Personal Responsibility in Consensual Kink (PRICK). Negotiation for any scene or play must happen beforehand, and consent can be revoked at any time, even during play. Please see House Rules below.

If you feel uncomfortable at any point, please talk to your hosts. We have protocols to deal with any uncomfortable situations.

Sometimes we host ‘clothing-optional’ parties where nudity may be present, but we have a strict rule: no explicit sexual acts or displays are permitted. Sexual activity is not permitted at our events, but BDSM play is encouraged in a respectful and consensual manner.

Our goal always is to offer a positive, welcoming space where body and sex positivity are celebrated. We prioritise emotional and physical safety so that everyone can explore their k!nks without fear of judgment or harm.

3. We prioritize consent and safety. All interactions must be consensual and respectful.

Toys & Paraphernalia

1. While we’ll provide some equipment, we encourage you to bring your favourite toys and gear to make the experience your own.
2. Toys and gear are not to be used on other attendees without their informed and enthusiastic consent. If you feel uncomfortable at any point, please talk to your hosts.
3. Bring Your Own... (BYO)
4. Feel free to bring your own drinks, booze and snacks — we will have glasses, ice, and some snacks available.

General Dress Code

1. General Dress Code: Wear what makes you feel Bodacious!
2. While our events are likely clothing-optional inside the venue and some nudity may be present, as above we have a strict rule: no explicit sexual acts or displays are permitted.
3. Whilst specific events may have particular dress codes, smart-casual to arrive is a great baseline, but dress up, dress your best, dress to impress!
4. Please ensure that you observe basic standards of cleanliness and presentation for the comfort of all attendees.

Intoxication

1. We have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate intoxicated behaviour.
2. There will be an outdoor area for smoking tobacco and cannabis (420).
3. However, we strongly discourage play under the influence.
4. If your behaviour becomes disruptive, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Creating a Safer Space

1. Our goal is to offer a positive, welcoming space where body and sex positivity are celebrated.
2. We prioritise emotional and physical safety so that everyone can explore their kinks without fear of judgment or harm.
3. Admission is at the discretion of the hosts, and their decisions are final.
