Inviting you to join in a sharing circle

What would happen if you were seen and accepted just as you are? How much of who you are is defined by how others see you? Have you ever seen yourself through the eyes of a stranger? Do you ever feel like you are not seen for who you truly are? Are you curious to fins out how others see you?

A large part of my work is in sharing the understanding of authenticity through vulnerability. In these sharing circles, we meet each person in their raw form. Offering them the opportunity to be seen in their truth and identify where and why that might be difficult to express in their own story. Included in this offering will be a guided meditation aimed at returning all who participate to their authentic light, their spirit.

Theme: Seeing through the eyes of the other: In this practice we flow through a gentle visualisation meditation aimed at guiding the seekers towards their most authentic self. We will then do the same practice, but aimed at the person opposite them, where they will be asked to see and to be seen by the circle.

This practice is intended to encourage each other to share their light rather than dimming it. We will speak into people-pleasing tendencies, and a few wounded characteristics that suppress our full expression of personhood.
