Creative Alchemy

Since time immemorial, men and women have been seized with the question, ‘Why am I here?’ In psychology, understanding human motivation and performance has been one of the goals of academics, institutions, and thought leaders. The Creative Alchemy experience is the journey of self-discovery, connecting to life purpose, and unlocking performance excellence.

The session will unpack key principles, behaviours and activities that lead to performance excellence in the Arts and Business. We will evaluate the art and science of the arts, music, and hip-hop, isolating what enables people and institutions to be great. GIBS Alumni, and creativepreneur, Tebogo Moalusi host the session. We will also be hosting three other guest lecturers who will help unpack the complex but exciting world of Creativity, Innovation and Leadership in Hip Hop and

Business. It promises to be a fun, insightful and engaging experience and a first of its kind.
