Adventures in Sound hosts musical experiences for young people.
Our inclusive workshops offer fun, creative expression, mental health, identity exploration, self-confidence, social skills, communication, and more.
Facilitators:
Julie Reid and Graeme Sacks are experienced musicians, tutors, and music therapists with a strong belief in the power of music to transform, educate, heal, and make a meaningful difference in people's lives.
While some therapeutic techniques are used, these workshops are not music therapy.
