Noluvuyo Gqadu is the organizer of the Sustainability & Social Impact Summit and a passionate advocate for social impact and a trailblazer in the nonprofit and EdTech spaces. As the founder of CodeNgwana, a nonprofit organization dedicated to teaching children coding and computational thinking through a curriculum translated into African languages, Noluvuyo has established herself as a leader in driving change at the intersection of education, technology, and social good.
With over 15 years of experience in the technology and nonprofit sectors, and she is recognized as a TEDx speaker and an award-winning social entrepreneur. Her commitment to leveraging technology for social impact has earned her prestigious accolades, including being named one of Mail & Guardian's 200 Young South Africans and the 2023 TransUnion Rising Star Entrepreneur of the Year.
The Sustainability & Social Impact Summit was created as a platform to empower NGO leaders, nonprofit practitioners, and CSI professionals by providing them with the tools and skills to amplify their work. The summit focuses on equipping attendees with key insights in areas like compliance, funding proposals, monitoring and evaluation, and talent retention. Her mission is to foster collaboration and create opportunities for those working in the social sector to thrive and make a lasting difference.
