Purpose of the Seminar:

1. To raise awareness about linkage between optimum mental health and effective leadership.

2. To empower both women and men about blind spots that can exist in their leadership and how the unaddressed healing and bleeding wounds affect those around them. At home, at work and in church.

3. To expand the network of effective and iconic leaders that are healed themselves and can step up to be effective leaders and be iconic in their leadership.

On the 10th of October 2024, World Health Organisation (WHO), declared the NEED to prioritize MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS at work.

People at work come from homes. This is why this Targeted Group: Anyone over the age of 18. Leadership does not start at work, leadership starts with self, at home then to the work place.
