Ardent Academy

Ardent Academy is a vibrant Performing Arts school based in Krugersdorp North, passionately nurturing talent since early 2023. Founded by Dané Marais, the Academy was born from a deep love for the stage and a heartfelt desire to share this passion with the students God has entrusted to us.

Like a vibrant garden, Ardent Academy provides a caring, supportive, and uplifting environment where every student is encouraged to grow, flourish, and discover their unique potential. We offer Modern Dance classes affiliated with AIDT and Drama and Acting classes affiliated with Trinity College London, providing students with high-quality instruction and opportunities to develop their artistic abilities.

At Ardent Academy, we believe that performing arts are about more than just learning steps or memorizing lines. They are about building confidence, encouraging self-expression, embracing individuality, and developing resilience.

Through dedicated training, international examination opportunities, competitions, and performance experiences, we strive to equip our students with the skills, discipline, and confidence to excel in their chosen art form. We celebrate every student's journey, recognizing that each individual has their own strengths, abilities, and potential.

Our mission is to cultivate a genuine love for the Performing Arts while empowering every student to reach their full potential in a positive and inspiring community. At Ardent Academy, we want every student to feel valued, find their voice, embrace their creativity, and shine with confidence.
