Soul is a holistic healing and sacred space in the heart of Hout Bay where we offer a space for people to attend healing sessions, workshops and metaphysical classes and meditations, as well as to visit our beautiful Sanctuary & our Crystal Store.

We have an online Crystal shop where you can purchase crystals and goodies. We are active at our local Cape Town markets and festivals with our retail and healing offerings.

Our philosophy is based on a non-denominational space for healers and people seeking to Know Themselves in a deeper level and walking a journey of true healing. As part of a community, to come together at Soul level. Our aim is to share in the love and mindfulness and to help guide you to Know Yourself better in your spiritual growth and wellbeing.

"Good Morning, I would like to say a big big thank you for this wonderful open day, I had yet another fantastic experience in Craig Taylor's breathe session whereby a body pain that I have had for over 15 years has since completely disappeared, Craig is a miracle worker and extraordinary healer.
